I graduated from Winona State University in May 2016 with my Bachelor’s degree in Education and received my MN teaching license. I also have a BA in Accounting from UMN-Mankato. I taught 6th grade math & social studies at John Adams Middle School for two years. I was raised on a small dairy farm in Courtland, Minnesota. My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic, and, more importantly, a love for my Lord and Savior. I attended St. Paul’s Lutheran Grade School and Minnesota Valley Lutheran High School, both in New Ulm. My family and I are members at Christ Our Rock Lutheran Church, where my wife Heather teaches preschool. We have four sons: Isaiah, Micah, Jonah, and Elijah. We enjoy tent camping in the summer, raising veggies in our garden, and caring for our happy egg-laying hens.
I thoroughly enjoy bringing my students to the feet of their Savior on a daily basis!
